Hair Care

The styling team features experienced stylist with extensive ongoing education in classic and progressive cutting and coloring techniques as well as newly educated and licensed stylists. Each stylist will provide you with the look you want, and a full compliment of the finest Aveda hair care products, recommended specially for you to retain your look with the least possible maintenance between visits. Continued results are achieved through daily regimen to maintain your results between visits.

We believe in working as a team. Although most clients choose to stay with the stylist who suits them best, please do not feel awkward about trying another member of Melissa’s team, they understand that a fresh perspective can sometimes make all the difference. Above all, you are a valued client.

Color Policy

Our stylists offer a 100% guarantee on all color services within the first week they were performed and they are guaranteed thereafter only with use of recommended at home care products. Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. All guarantees will be determined by stylists. Because of the nature of home coloring products our stylists cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available for all salon products and services. Gift Certificates can be ordered and paid for over the phone by simply using a credit card. We do not give refunds on gift certificates.

Salon Etiquette

Please arrive a few minutes early in order to check in with the Receptionist. Client cover-ups are available and located in the restroom. Do not bring children and leave them unattended. This is very disruptive to other clients and unsafe for your children. Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients. Unless noted, Gift Certificates for services do not include gratuities.

Salon Policies

Cancellation Policy - In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment with us, we ask that you please call us at least 24 hours in advance as a courtesy to our operators, and so that we may possibly accommodate the needs of other clients.

Product returns - We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our retail products. If you decide that it is not the right product for you, and provided that 1/2 of the original amount is unused, we will gladly take it back and exchange it for another product within 14 days of purchase. No cash or credit card refunds, exchanges only.
